Continental Results Management Panel

“Results management”, as defined in the Code, is the process encompassing the time between notification in accordance with article 5 of the ISRM, or, in certain cases (e.g. atypical finding, athlete biological passport, failure to locate), such pre-notification steps expressly provided for in article 5 of the ISRM, through to the final resolution of the case, including the end of the hearing procedure at first instance or on appeal (if an appeal has been lodged).

The Guidelines  Guidelines for Results Management can be found on WADA’s website and on the Agency’s Anti-Doping eLearning Platform (ADeL), as part of the Code Implementation Support Program (CISP), which provides additional resources to support the implementation of the ISRM International Standard for Results Management (ISRM) ; as well as, the Code and other International Standards that entered into force on 1 January 2021.

NORTH AFRICAN ORAD MEMBER COUNTRIES USING CRMP

In accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and the International Standard for Results Management, and pursuant to article 8.1.1.1 of its anti-doping rules, the following ORAD member countries have appointed the Continental Results Management Committee (CRMP) Africa to adjudicate in accordance with their national anti-doping rules and thus guarantee the right to a fair trial by an independent operational committee for first instance hearings.

RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR SPORTS RESOLUTIONS

These Rules of Procedure (the “Rules”) apply to any hearing proceeding in which the Anti-Doping Organization has appointed the International Hearing Panel (“Hearing Panel”) to decide matters in accordance with the Anti-Doping Organization’s Anti-Doping Rules.
