Continental Results Management Panel

“The term Results Management, as defined in the Code, is the process encompassing the timeframe between notification as per ISRM Article 5, or, in certain cases, (e.g., Atypical Finding, Athlete Biological Passport, whereabouts failures), such pre-notification steps expressly provided for in ISRM Article 5, through the charge until final resolution of the matter, including the end of the hearing process at first instance or on appeal (if an appeal was lodged).

The Guidelines  Guidelines for Results Management can be found on WADA’s website and on the Agency’s Anti-Doping eLearning Platform (ADeL), as part of the Code Implementation Support Program (CISP), which provides additional resources to support the implementation of the ISRM International Standard for Results Management (ISRM) ; as well as, the Code and other International Standards that entered into force on 1 January 2021.

AFRICA ZONE V RADO member countries using the CRMP

In compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code and the International Standard for Results Management, and in line with Article 8.1.1.1 of its Anti-Doping Rules, the following RADO member countries have appointed the Continental Results Management Panel (CRMP) Africa to adjudicate matters pursuant to their National anti-doping rules and thus ensure the right to a fair hearing by an operationally independent panel for first instance hearings.

Preamble

These procedural rules (the “Rules”) apply to any Hearing Process where the Anti-Doping Organisation has appointed the International Hearing Panel (“Hearing Panel”) to adjudicate matters pursuant to the Anti-Doping Organisation’s anti-doping rules.
