- With effect from the 01 January 2023, the South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport (SAIDS) offered to pay for lab analysis for 15 tests for selected sport codes on the African Games Program. This a generous offer and a huge gesture of regional solidarity made by SAIDS to support effective testing in fellow member countries of Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Ghana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. This support will greatly enhance Code compliance as well as implementation of robust testing programs in the member countries of the Africa Zone VI RADO.
